Teresa F. Sparks
Ms. Sparks was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. She previously served as Corporate Controller from the Company’s inception and was named Vice President in December 2002. Prior to joining Symbion, she served as Assistant Controller for HealthWise of America, Inc., a managed care organization, and senior healthcare auditor for Deloitte and Touche in Nashville, Tennessee.
